"I have chosen this path because I believe we have been given all that we need to maintain health and balance. I yearn to share this with every person who seeks restorative health.."
I was born in midwinter in Ukraine, in a hospital room with a broken window that left the environment near freezing. At the age of 10 months, I contracted pneumonia with complications and was hospitalized. Despite medical treatment, my health rapidly declined, and doctors advised my parents that recovery was unlikely. However, they chose to remove me from the hospital's care and took me to my grandparent's farm in a village outside the city. There, my grandfather's religious beliefs inspired him to use natural remedies to nurse me back to health. Within a week, I improved significantly, and his remedies became a testament to the power of faith and practical experience in promoting healing.

Growing up, I spent my summers with my grandparents, and my love of nature and its healing properties grew deeper. Since then, my calling has always been to heal, inspired by that first winter I spent fighting for my life. After immigrating to America in 1993 from Ukraine. I graduated from a Dental Hygienist program in 1999. While I loved serving my community, I felt that my true purpose in life was not being fulfilled. Therefore, I returned to school and earned a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in 2018.

Today, I practice as both a dental hygienist and an acupuncturist, firmly believing that I can help more individuals seeking health and balance by serving in both fields. Being part of someone's journey towards balance is an honor, and I am passionate about the process of healing with natural remedies. For me, thriving is healing in its own right, and I find that helping others heal also helps me find balance and restoration.
